My name is Matthew Kaneski
I want to work with you to help you unlock your true potential. To lose your excess fat and put on a solid foundation of muscle.
I believe that anybody can be lean and strong, attractive, athletic, healthy and happy. But the same approach does not work for everyone. That's why my program and 1 on 1 coaching is highly customizable, tailored to your specific needs.
What separates me from other fitness coaches, is that I've been where you might be now. I was 270 pounds at 6 feet tall, eating whatever I wanted, working out haphazardly, unhappy with my body and how others looked at me.
I spent years transforming my body, losing some weight, putting some back on, losing more… eventually dropping 90 lbs from where I started. I tried all the different approaches you can think of, and I boiled it down to what actually works. And what actually works, is surprisingly less than you think.
My strategy is specifically designed for people who have tried and failed/struggled getting in great shape. It's also specifically designed for people with busy lives and fluid schedules (people with Great Responsibility). Some of my favorite movies growing up were the old Spiderman movies with Tobey Maguire. In a very famous scene Uncle Ben says: "With great power comes great responsibility". My mission is to help people realize that even with Great Responsibility (Career, Education, Family, Community, giving your time), you can still obtain Great Power (becoming Strong, Lean, Athletic, Confident, at Peace).

My Approach
Anyone Can Be Lean and Strong
If you want to look and feel your best but are buried in responsibilities, stress, and big goals — the answer isn’t more effort, it’s the right effort in the right places.
With the right system, you can consistently lose fat and become stronger month after month, while:
1. Doing zero steady-state cardio.
2. No extreme diets or starvation-level calories.
3. Eating the foods you love
4. Training just once per week (at minimum, up to 3 times depending on your choices inside the program).
